4 Week Sketching Series

Service Description

In this class students will explore different sketching styles and dive into some key techniques, such as perspective, proportions, and dynamic shading using charcoal and graphite. Using these skill, students will draw a variety of subjects, such as animals, people, and everyday objects. Session 1 - Intro, lines, basic shapes, measurement methods Session 2 - Recap basics, perspectives, intro fine line & watercolour sketching style Session 3 - Graphite + charcoal sketching style; bodies, figures, faces Session 4 - Details (fur/hair), multiple layers, finish up/expand on current personal projects. Opportunity for individual questions and assistance. All skill levels welcome, recommended ages 9/10 at minimum (pre-teen and teen class) Instructor: Miss Anya Wednesdays 5:30-7pm Beginning January 21st
